Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Yoga Basics begins with a short reading, followed by various breathing techniques. After warming up, we will move through basic yoga poses for balance, strength and flexibility. We end with a peaceful savasana using eye pillows, neck pillows, and bolsters. Suitable for beginners. Music is upbeat.

This therapeutic-based yoga classed synchronizes breath and movement which helps the practitioner develop a greater sense of self-awareness, concentration and calms the mind. Excellent for increasing flexibility, developing strength and balance. Suitable for all levels.

Listen to peaceful music and enjoy candlelight as you move through this gentle yoga practice. Suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
30 Minute Vibrational Meditation with Joy!
This guided meditation incorporates essential oils, crystal singing bowls and candles. Relax on your yoga mat as Joy guides you through breathing and total body relaxation. Each session is unique to the energy of the day and those attending. Perfect for beginners.

Yoga for Stress Relief
Tiffany will guide you through breathing techniques to calm your nervous system. We will also focus on releasing the tension from your neck, head and shoulders through Yoga poses. Feel your tension melt away!
This Yin Yoga class focuses on postures to help detoxify your kidneys & liver and will help move your lymph around these areas. A glorious savasana will help seal the benefits of your practice. No Yoga experience needed. We have all of the equipment you will need.
Candlelight Gentle Yoga
Enjoy soft candlelight, relaxing music & the scent of lavender essential oil as you move through gentle yoga poses that promote sound sleep. Appropriate for beginners.
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, nerves and the entire body as a unit. We will work on trigger points to release tight fascia, increase blood flow, raise tissue oxygen levels, lengthen joint range of motion and release endorphins! This is a good class for anyone experiencing headaches, backaches, sciatica, neck pain, vision problems and tight hamstrings.
Gentle Flow & Yoga Nidra
Enjoy 45 minutes of Gentle Yoga followed by 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Bliss!
Intro to Yoga
If you have been thinking you would like to try yoga, join this small class to learn the basics – basic poses, studio etiquette and the meaning of Namaste. The hardest part is stepping through the door:) Just wear comfortable clothes, we have all of the equipment you need.
Breathe, listen to soft music and completely relax into restorative yoga poses. The class ends with a guided meditation followed by a nice, long savasana. Restorative Yoga relaxes your nervous system so your body is able to balance itself – lowers cortisol levels, blood pressure, heart rate & glucose levels. Helps to balance hormones and allows your body to relax so you are able to properly digest.
yoga2hour with Patty Gorder
Come explore the fun and flow of yogahour in a longer format once per month. We will dig deeper into the mini peak poses of the sequence and explore the relationship if the shapes (poses) we use to shift our state (mind). Some yoga experience is recommended.
yoga2hour I double the play I double the power
Yoga Nidra, meaning yogic sleep is a guided meditation practice. This peaceful class will help you relax your physical body while helping to calm your mind and nervous system. Props are used in order to fully support your body and allow you to enjoy this practice without any strain or tension.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a Yoga class cost?
We have a few different ways to pay for our weekly Yoga classes: drop in to any class for $10, purchase a 10 class pass for $90 or , we also have memberships available – monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly memberships are also available. Many of our monthly classes are also included in your membership.
Can I do Yoga if I am not flexible?
Yes! A consistent yoga practice will help increase flexibility and strength. We offer different types of yoga classes and can help you find the one that is right for you. We have props available to assist with experiencing the full benefits from the poses.
What do I need to practice Yoga?
If you can breathe, you can do yoga. All you need to begin a yoga practice is your body, mind, and some curiosity about yoga. It is helpful to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to freely move. We do provide all of the equipment needed for the class, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it to class.
Should I arrive early?
It’s always nice to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to help make your experience stress-free. This allows for time to chat with friends, fill up your water bottle, set up your mat, and ask the teacher any questions that you have. Once the class starts, the doors are locked for security.
Where should I park?
Parking is free in the building’s parking lot. The front door is usually locked after 5:30 pm. Using the buildings’s west entrance is closest to our studio.
