Beginner Tai Chi

Beginner Tai Chi is a very gentle practice which can be done standing or sitting. The focus is on breath, posture and balance. The class begins with gentle warm ups, followed by learning gentle, beginner Tai Chi movements, finishing with quiet movement and a cool down. Tammy teaches the Tai Chi Classes!
Tai Chi Classes $10/class or purchase a 10 class pass for $90.
Weekly Yoga Classes
Align & Unwind
Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully, but powerfully and breathing deeply. in this class, we will learn different breathing techniques to calm your nervous system & relax your mind/body. We focus on safe alignment & yoga poses to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Yoga for Wellness
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 9:00 am - 10:00 am
This therapeutic-based yoga classed synchronizes breath and movement which helps the practitioner develop a greater sense of self-awareness, concentration and calms the mind. Excellent for increasing flexibility, developing strength and balance. Suitable for all levels.
Relaxing Gentle Yoga
Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy relaxing music as we breathe & move through gentle yoga poses to build strength, keep joint range of motion, improve posture and relax your mind/body. This class ends with 1 restorative pose, followed by savasana. Suiteable for beginners or everyone who prefers a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
Energizing Gentle Yoga
Thursdays 5:45p - 6:45p
Enjoy energizing music as we breath and move through gentle yoga poses to increase vibrancy! We will also build strength, keep joint range of motion, improve posture and build energy. The class ends with a peaceful savasana.

Candlelight Gentle Yoga to Promote Sound Sleep
Candles, peaceful music, lavender essential oil & yoga poses to promote sound sleep. Ahhhhh, so relaxing!
7 Chakra Sound Bath with Yoga Nidra Meditation
Join Tiffany as she uses Crystal Singing Bowls to guide you on a meditative experience of melodic calm. These Crystal Singing Bowls have a 432 hertz, the register for healing. Each singing bowl has been calibrated to one of the 7 chakras – root chakra all the way to crown. The experience will deepen as Tiffany guides you through Yoga NIdra, a deeply relaxing practice. Feel balanced, connected and relaxed. No experience needed.
Stretch & Release
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, nerves and the entire body as a unit. We will work on trigger points to release tight fascia, increase blood flow, raise tissue oxygen levels, lengthen joint range of motion and release endorphins! This is a good class for anyone experiencing headaches, backaches, sciatica, neck pain, vision problems and tight hamstrings.
Charlotte teaches a variety of classes using Soma Yoga techniques to help relieve tight muscles. Soma yoga is very gentle and works on your small muscle groups (the muscles providing stability). Soma yoga is usually offered 2 Saturdays / month 10a – 11a $10/class. Please see our calendar for current dates.
Intro to Yoga
If you have been thinking you would like to try yoga, join this small class to learn the basics – basic poses, studio etiquette and the meaning of Namaste. The hardest part is stepping through the door:) Just wear comfortable clothes, we have all of the equipment you need.
Breathe, listen to soft music and completely relax into restorative yoga poses. The class ends with a guided meditation followed by a nice, long savasana. Restorative Yoga relaxes your nervous system so your body is able to balance itself – lowers cortisol levels, blood pressure, heart rate & glucose levels. Helps to balance hormones and allows your body to relax so you are able to properly digest.
Yoga Nidra, meaning yogic sleep is a guided meditation practice. This peaceful class will help you relax your physical body while helping to calm your mind and nervous system. Props are used in order to fully support your body and allow you to enjoy this practice without any strain or tension.

How much does a Yoga class cost?
We have a few different ways to pay for our weekly Yoga classes: drop in to any class for $10, purchase a 10 class pass for $90 or , we also have memberships available – monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly memberships are also available. Many of our monthly classes are also included in your membership.
What is included in a Yoga Membership?
Your membership includes: Unlimited weekly & many monthly yoga classes & 10% off all Workshops and Special Events
Memberships: Monthly – $45 3-Month $120 6-Month – $215 Yearly – $365.
Can I do Yoga if I am not flexible?
Yes! A consistent yoga practice will help increase flexibility and strength. We offer different types of yoga classes and can help you find the one that is right for you. We have props available to assist with experiencing the full benefits from the poses.
What do I need to practice Yoga?
If you can breathe, you can do yoga. All you need to begin a yoga practice is your body, mind, and some curiosity about yoga. It is helpful to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to freely move. We do provide all of the equipment needed for the class, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it to class.
Should I arrive early?
It’s always nice to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to help make your experience stress-free. This allows for time to chat with friends, fill up your water bottle, set up your mat, and ask the teacher any questions that you have. Once the class starts, the doors are locked for security.
Where should I park?
Parking is free in the building’s parking lot. The front door is usually locked after 5:30 pm. Using the buildings’s west entrance is closest to our studio.
