Weekly Yoga Classes
Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Yoga Basics begins with a short reading, followed by various breathing techniques. After warming up, we will move through basic yoga poses for balance, strength and flexibility. We end with a peaceful savasana using eye pillows, neck pillows, and bolsters. Suitable for beginners.
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9:00 am - 10:00 am
This therapeutic-based yoga classed synchronizes breath and movement which helps the practitioner develop a greater sense of self-awareness, concentration and calms the mind. Excellent for increasing flexibility, developing strength and balance. Suitable for all levels.
Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Listen to peaceful music and enjoy candlelight as you move through this gentle yoga practice. Suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
Level 2 Yoga
Thursdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Level 2 is a fun, relaxed class. Discover new and different ways to advance your practice. Some yoga experience is beneficial.

Gentle Flow & Yoga Nidra
Enjoy 45 minutes of Gentle Yoga followed by 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Bliss!
Intro to Yoga
If you have been thinking you would like to try yoga, join this small class to learn the basics – basic poses, studio etiquette and the meaning of Namaste. The hardest part is stepping through the door:) Just wear comfortable clothes, we have all of the equipment you need.
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, nerves and the entire body as a unit. We will work on trigger points to release tight fascia, increase blood flow, raise tissue oxygen levels, lengthen joint range of motion and release endorphins! This is a good class for anyone experiencing headaches, backaches, sciatica, neck pain, vision problems and tight hamstrings.
Breathe, listen to soft music and completely relax into restorative yoga poses. The class ends with a guided meditation followed by a nice, long savasana. Restorative Yoga relaxes your nervous system so your body is able to balance itself – lowers cortisol levels, blood pressure, heart rate & glucose levels. Helps to balance hormones and allows your body to relax so you are able to properly digest.
yoga2hour with Patty Gorder
Come explore the fun and flow of yogahour in a longer format once per month. We will dig deeper into the mini peak poses of the sequence and explore the relationship if the shapes (poses) we use to shift our state (mind). Some yoga experience is recommended.

Yoga Nidra, meaning yogic sleep is a guided meditation practice. This peaceful class will help you relax your physical body while helping to calm your mind and nervous system. Props are used in order to fully support your body and allow you to enjoy this practice without any strain or tension.
